Keep your head upright, slightly bent down (10-15 degrees). The top edge of the monitor should be at the same level as your eyes, with a distance of about one arm's length or 18-24 inches.

Set the chair height at the appropiate level, ensuring your arms rest comfortably on the table. Sit with your back lean against the chair's backrest, which should be tilted slightly backward (at an angle of 100-120 degrees). Avoid slouching forward or reclining too far back.

Keep your shoulders relaxed and comfortable. Position your arms on the armrests, keeping your forearms close to your body (not stretched forward). Bend your elbows at a 120-degree angle, ensuring your wrists and elbows form a straight line. Rest your wrists on the table.

Ensure your hips, knees, and ankles are positioned at around a 90-degree angle. Maintain a slight space between your knees and the seat cushion's edge and keep your feet flat on the floor
